‘The Wilds’ is a new original series to Amazon Prime. It follows a group of female teenage girls who get stranded on a deserted island and have to figure out how to survive. It has a ‘Lost’ meets ‘Pretty little liars’ vibe. You get to learn the back stories to the girls and what landed them quite literally there.

We won’t give away too many other details other than to tell you that the lesbian romance is between tough and firey Toni (Erana James) and the religious Southern belle, Shelby (Mia Healey).

By this point you’re most likely already looking it up to watch and the good news is that The Wilds has been renewed for a second season!
