While the inauguration was different due to COVID and security, there were all the feels. To heighten emotions, Lady Gaga sang a beautiful rendition of the national anthem.
Jennifer Lopez joined the stage and sang a mashup of ‘This Land Is Your Land’ and ‘America is Beautiful’, including a spanish adlib.
Amanda Gorman became the youngest poet to ever perform at an Inauguration at 22 years old.
President Biden is already quick to work, signing a stack of executive orders including plans for COVID and anti-discriminatory protections for LGBTQ+ American’s. The future is already bright and hopeful!
One of those books contains anti-discrimination employment protections for LGBTQ Americans 🥳 https://t.co/Ti2K4d4OxF
